Each year Etone College gets excited for World Book Day. Our love and passion for reading is clear and runs through everything we do in school across the year in each and every year group.

On Thursday next week we are excited to be celebrating World Book Day. With a packed programme of activities there is something for all years including:

• £1 Book Day vouchers for every pupil which can be used in our Book Fair the following week or in most book retailers
• Staff dress-up Trail – Where pupils get the chance to see teachers dressed as their favourite characters
• Escape Room – Run by the English Department, pupils can take part at breaktime in the Library  – First prize £10 amazon voucher
• Make a mini book – Library - First prize £10 amazon voucher
• Sixth Form – The Great (mini) Book Hunt - First prize £10 amazon voucher
• After school – reading, hot chocolate and biscuits – Library
• Year 7/8 Big Book and Footie quiz

So get excited and join us for as many of the events as possible.
